About Sharon McDonell
Sharon McDonell is a Canadian artist who grew up on a farm in Glengarry. As a child, she loved nature — fields, forests, and quiet country life. These early memories inspire many of her paintings. Before becoming a full-time artist, Sharon worked in the film industry for many years. Now, she paints in her home studio near the Raisin River. Her work shows beauty, calm, and deep connection to the countryside. She is a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, and her paintings have been shown in many exhibitions.
